Let's just get this out of the way now.....

There's something that I feel like you should know if you are going to read my blog regularly, because well it's probably something that will come up from time to time. Yes, I am a Cheer Mom- not the crazy, off the wall, make for TV movie type of cheer mom. I may or may not have a pretty large website for cheer moms, and I may or may not have a facebook page with pretty close to 8000 likes ;) Point is that cheer leading is a HUGE part of our life and yes it will come up from time to time. But this blog is mainly for the OTHER area's of my life. Because well sometimes even I am cheered out. My best friend and sometime have to have "Cheer Free (insert day of week here) days, where we do not talk about anything related to cheer.
My oldest has been cheering for 4 years- 2 years of all stars, and 2 years of middle school, and just made varsity for her high school as a freshman. She decided that she would not be going back to allstars this year. And yes I will admit that I may of had a small mommy freak out fit about it. But all in all it was her choice, rather I agree with it or not. And she made the choice to try out for high school all on her own.
My youngest is in her 3rd year of allstars, and she loves it. She practices 2 nights a week, and will travel about 6 times this year to compete. I will say that it will be strange this year when compatsion season starts and both of my girls not doing it.
I will try to keep this blog as "cheer free" as possible, but sometimes funny, annoying, and exciting things happen that just must be shared!
